This is a high-impact opportunity to play a key role in building the organisation's local presence in Sydney, working closely with a global team while taking ownership of client relationships across the Australian market. The Opportunity This role sits at the intersection of client engagement, technical problem-solving, and equity plan strategy. You will support organisations through the onboarding, implementation, and ongoing management of employee share plans, acting as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders. Initially, the focus will be on ensuring new clients are successfully launched and supported on the platform. Over time, the role will contribute to broader growth in Australia, with the opportunity to support expansion of the local capability as new clients are secured. You will work closely with an experienced international team of finance and technical specialists, gaining exposure to complex equity structures while contributing to continuous improvement of client outcomes and platform functionality. Key Responsibilities Manage onboarding and implementation of employee share plans onto a specialist technology platform Build strong relationships with clients and act as a trusted point of contact Provide guidance on share plan structures and processes across the plan lifecycle Coordinate with brokers, trustees and registries to ensure seamless execution Deliver client training and ongoing support Collaborate with global colleagues to deliver consistent client outcomes Provide insights to improve client experience and platform functionality Support the growth of the Australian client base over time Key Requirements Experience working with employee share plans, equity incentives, or related structures Ability to engage confidently with senior stakeholders and build trusted relationships Strong technical capability with the ability to understand financial concepts and processes Understanding of share plan lifecycle activities such as grants, vesting and exercises Familiarity with key market participants such as trustees, registries, or brokers is beneficial Strong analytical and problem-solving capability Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced, evolving environment Strong communication skills, both written and verbal Willingness to learn and develop deep subject matter expertise in equity plans Why this role?
